It’s great to have a relationship with a contractor who I trust, who does high quality work, who prices fairly and who cares about my satisfaction. I met Dustin and Tim in early 2015 after being referred to Gordinier Construction by a respected high-end custom home builder. At the time I wanted to add architectural detail to my home so I needed trim carpentry services. Little did I know that small project would lead to an ongoing client-contractor relationship of nearly 4 years!
Since that first project the Gordinier team has worked with me on several unique design - build projects. We’ve created wood walls in a “she” shed, a pergola, a privacy wall with barn door, an outdoor shower and this year’s project…a garden enclosure. My conversations with Dustin usually start with me saying “so I have this idea”; then Dustin asks, “what are we building this year, Deb?” I know who I’ll call when that next creative moment to design and build something wonderful occurs…Gordinier Construction!

WHEN WE STARTED OUR HOME BUILDER SEARCH, I WAS THINKING ABOUT WHAT COMPANY I WANTED TO WORK WITH. WE DIDN'T JUST WANT TO BE ANOTHER NUMBER IN THE BIG BUILDER WORLD, AND I DIDN'T WANT MY HOUSE TO LOOK LIKE 15 OF MY NEIGHBORS. WHEN I WAS SPEAKING TO A FRIEND WHO WAS IN THE INDUSTRY, HE TOLD US ABOUT GORDINIER HOMES AND ABOUT TIM & DUSTIN. THEY ARE A FATHER AND SON TEAM. THE VALUES THEY HAVE IN THEIR HOMEBUILDING PROCESS WERE JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. OUR DREAM HOME THAT WOULD BE CREATED WITH CARE AND STABILITY. AS WE STARTED OUR JOURNEY WITH THEM BY FINDING THE PERFECT PROPERTY. I FOUND SOME LOTS AND DUSTIN FOUND SOME AS WELL, HE DID ALL THE RESEARCH AND EVEN WENT TO VISIT THE SITES WITH US. AS THE HOUSE WAS BEING BUILT, ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS WERE ANSWERED. I WAS INCLUDED IN EVERY DECISION BIG OR SMALL. IN THE MIDST OF A LUMBER SHORTAGE AND PRICE HIKES, HOMEBUILDING WAS A BIT STRESSFULL HOWEVER WE WERE KEPT INFORMED THE WHOLE TIME. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE LAUGHS AND JOKES! WE HAVE BEEN IN OUR HOME FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW, AND TO SAY HOW HAPPY I AM WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATMENT. WE WOULD BUILD WITH GORDINIER HOMES A THOUSAND TIMES OVER.

We had a cedar deck for about 18 years. The boards were rotting and it just felt squishy walking on it. We hired Gordinier Construction to update it with Trex. They recommended a different company for the railing and we were not disappointed. We asked for very unique framed herringbone design. Dustin himself actually worked on the deck and brought his top crew since it was something they’ve never done. The deck is beautiful and solid. The guys were friendly and professional. They finished within the time frame and budget given. Would absolutely hire them again!

We hired Gordinier Construction, Inc. to replace our deck this summer....and it was the BEST thing we ever did! Not only were they the cheapest bid we received, they also were awesome to work with and built a deck that we are extremely proud of! All of our neighbors are in awe of our new deck...and we have already had a party on it! We get compliments on it all the time!! I am amazed!! They are now my go to guys when I need something else done! Thank you Gordinier Construction!
